At Phil The Mac Guy we understand the urgency of addressing technical problems before they become issues that effect your business.  We strive to stay ahead of the curve.  That’s why we’re offering Priority Support Agreements for clients with more serious needs that require attention as soon as possible.  

Standard Service is $50 per hour.

Priority Service is $65 per hour.  With Priority Service your request will always move to the top of our queue so that yours will be the next call made.  

Support Contracts receive Priority Service with followups that can last up to 6 months.  Support Contracts can be extended up to 12 months for an additional $200.

With a support contract any single incident will not be at our per hour rate.  No matter how long it takes to resolve, we’ll have you covered.

  • Level 1 Support Contract:  3 incidents, $250 = $83.33 each
  • Level 2 Support Contract:  5 incidents, $350 = $70.00 each
  • Level 3 Support Contract:  8 incidents, $500 = $62.50 each
