Summary of Issue:
- Full configuration; name, model, year, and OS version plus all devices installed in or connected to computer (RAM, drives, trackball/keyboard/mouse, printer, display, dock, network, etc.)
- Current issue
- Any specific error messages
- When issue was first observed and any events preceding onset of issue.
I Support
Everything from Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard to the current system and all the Intel hardware up to the current Apple Silicon.
I’m currently running Ventura 13.5.2 on my daily machine which I built from scratch. It was made with 9th generation hardware and identifies as a Retina 5k 27” 2019 iMac. It can operate 5 displays simultaneously but I’m only using 2 at this time. I’m using software named OpenCore to run macOS Ventura on all this non-Apple hardware that I assembled. While I’m using a Hackintosh and running in an unsupported configuration I don’t provide support for unsupported hardware configurations or activities. I’ll soon be running macOS Sonoma.
macOS Ventura was released October 24, 2022. The current version is 13.5.2, which was released September 7, 2023.
